Temple of Olympian Zeus
The ruins of the Temple of Olympian Zeus (Naos tou Olympiou Dios) viewed from the Athens Acropolis hill. Only few colums remained of the monumental temple.
Behind the temple, the old Olympia stadion (Panathinaiko stadio AKA Kallimarmaro) is visible. This stadion was used in 1896 as venue for the 1st modern olympic games.
