Skoda Mountain Gun

Skoda Mountain Gun 75mm

Mountain guns are artillery arms designed for use in mountain warfare and areas where usual wheeled transport is not possible. The Czech Skoda 75 mm (3 inch) Gebirgskanone M. 15 was a mountain gun used by Austria-Hungary in World War I. Its construction was revised in 1928. For transport, the gun could be dismantled into 6 parts, generally carried in 4 loads.
